The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Trial Case No.30 of 2018 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No.42 of 1990 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that after completion of investigation the police had submitted final report showing the case to be mistake of fact and after 20 years, the Magistrate took cognizance of the offence differing with the police report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67697 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, Motihari in connection with Trial No.30 of 2018 arising out of Raxaul P.S.
