1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No.14523 of 2024, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 04.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the peremptory order dated 04.12.2024 could not be complied with, within the stipulated time frame, resulting in the said writ petition being dismissed for default, nonetheless it is submitted that now the peremptory order dated 04.12.2024 has stood complied with, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition petition be restored to its original file.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.14523 of 2024 to its original file, however subject to the registry verifying as to whether the peremptory order dated 04.12.2024 passed in the aforesaid writ petition has stood complied with or not.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
