2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.05.2018 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Camp Court at Bagaha in Criminal Revision No. 01(C) of 2018 as well as the order dated 30.11.2017 passed by learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bagaha in Tr. No. 234 of 2017 arising out of Bagaha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2012.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64933 of 2018(4) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 present application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points, as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this case stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for.
