2. Through this writ application, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:- (i) for quashing the letter No. 1638 dated 10.11.2023 issued by District Magistrate, Jamui as selected and proposed the land of Noni Mauza for construction of Panchayat Building in Kolhana Panchayat is annexed as Annexure-4 to this petition.

(ii) for direction to the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8290 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/3 construct the Government Panchayat Building in Mauza Kolhana, tola Maina Chatar Thana No. 34, Khata No. 266.

Khesra No. 1695, in place of Noni Mauza, Thana No. 37, Khata No. 249, Khesra No.

1925 as in Kolhana Panchayat the circle Amin already measured the land and found fit for construction of Panchayat Govt.

building which report was submitted to B.D.O. E. Aliganj and accordingly the B.D.O. forwarded to D.D.C. Jamui which contained as Anexure-1 to this petition.

(iii) for direction to the respondents concerned to change the place Mauza Noni, Thana No. 37, Khata No. 249, Khesra No.

1925 for construction of Govt. Panchayat building as the concerned land is surrounded with water as such proposed land selected by Circle Officer is contrary to decision of Government of Bihar.

(iv) for stay the construction work of Govt.

Panchayat building in Kolhana Panchayat

Patna High Court CWJC No.8290 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 3/3 over the land selected at Mauza Noni, Thana no. 37, Khata No. 249, Khesra No. 1925.

(v) and issue other writ/writs as deem fit and proper with the fact and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the respondent no. 2 (the District Magistrate, Jamui) for the redressal of his grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
