The petitioner seeks bail in Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(2) of the Arms Act.

One Revolver, two live cartridge and a Samsung mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.12.2020. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020.
