2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner has been working in the Araria Collectorate as a Peon on daily wages since 1990-1991, his claim for regularization has not been considered.
3 The respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it is stated that the petitioner's name do not figure in the panels of 1991 and 1999.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19927 of 2013 dt.06-10-2018 2/2 This Court is informed that the process of regularization is ongoing in the district of Araria. The petitioner's claim, therefore, has to be considered by respondent No 3 as per its own merit.
5 In view of the aforesaid situation, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. 6 The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit the detailed claim before respondent No 3 within a period of four weeks from today. Upon such claim being filed, the same may be considered in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order within three months thereafter.
