The application alleges wilful/deliberate disobedience/disregard of the order dated 13.11.2013 passed in CWJC No. 7589 of 2010.

Patna High Court MJC No.2523 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2 / 2 A show cause has been filed enclosing therewith the order of the Tribunal. It appears that in the light of the order of this Court the Tribunal has already disposed of the appeal, copy whereof has been enclosed.

Mr. Paswan, in view of aforesaid, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this contempt application with liberty to approach the concerned authority for enforcement of the order of the Tribunal.

The contempt application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
