JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 387, 34 of the I.P.C. The raid was laid when information was received that miscreants have collected to realize extortion. The petitioner was apprehended along with Baikunth Kumar and confessed the guilt.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no offence under Sections 384, 386 of the I.P.C is made out.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
