Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, being sister of Bajrangi Sah, has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegation that Bajrangi Sah videographed the victim while she was bathing and started blackmailing her on the ground that if she does not accede to his demand, he would make the video

It is next submitted that the petitioner is elder sister of Bajrangi and the informant alleges that she also connived with Bajrangi in the occurrence. It is further submitted that Bajrangi and the victim were in love and they also performed marriage in a temple and the said fact was not known to the family members of Bajrangi or the victim but when the informant came to know about the marriage of the victim with Bajrangi, he instituted the instant FIR implicating the petitioner with a view to coerce Bajrangi into submission. The learned counsel next submits that Bajrangi also has filed Cr. Misc No. 36405 of 2024 seeking anticipatory bail and in the said anticipatory bail application, photographs of the victim and Bajrangi are annexed which would demonstrate that they were in love. It is further submitted that Doctor has assessed the victim in between 17-18 years. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
