Learned senior counsel, Mr. Prasoon Sinha, appearing on behalf of Patna Municipal Corporation, learned counsel, Mr. Kamat Manglam, appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel, Mr. Dhananjay Kumar, appearing on behalf of respondent No.7.

2. Even on the previous occasion, i.e., 19.06.2025, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application. Vide order dated 19.06.2025, it was made clear that if on the next date, nobody will appear on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application, this Court may consider dismissing the writ application for non-prosecution.

3. Today also nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to contest the writ application. This is an old case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6726 of 2016(4) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 the year 2016 and therefore, needed to be perused with diligence. It is, therefore, clear that the petitioner has lost interest in the present case.

4. Under these circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
