The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Excise Act. Recovery of liquor is from the house of coaccused-Harikesh Yadav. In the confessional statement of co-accused-Harikesh Yadav, name of the petitioners surfaced. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
