JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Excise Act. Recovery of liquor is from the house of coaccused-Harikesh Yadav. In the confessional statement of co-accused-Harikesh Yadav, name of the petitioners surfaced. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
