Patna High Court CWJC No.11523 of 2017(12) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 brothers/ sisters and the respondents and the requisite amount of compensation has also been paid to the petitioner/his brothers and sisters, hence the parties submit that the lis involved, in the present case, has been resolved. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievance with regard to quantum of compensation, in accordance with law, inasmuch as, according to the petitioner, the same is on a lower side and requires enhancement. Liberty so sought is granted.
