Petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No 861 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017 registered under Sections 498A, 323 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a reasonable likelihood of compromise between the parties as harmony is likely to be restored and in view of such developments, in the meantime, he would withdraw this application to approach/surrender before the lower Court citing the aforesaid developments along with proof of such

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65634 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 compromise, for seeking bail.

Under these circumstances, this application is rejected.

This rejection, however, will not prejudice the petitioner in approaching the Court below in view of the developments, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
