This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No.2 by this Court by order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4627 of 2019 arising out of Bakhri P.S. Case No.181 of 2018.

Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that bail was granted to Opposite Party No.2 after giving full hearing to the counsel for the informant (petitioner).

Therefore, this Court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4627 of 2019.
