Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, 165 liters of country made liquor and materials used in preparing liquor were recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2021. Investigation is complete.
