JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i. For granting adequate compensation as per the market rate to the petitioner for the loss which the petitioner has suffered due to illegal and unauthorised encroachment of his private land by the respondent authorities, upon which road has been constructed without acquiring the land of the petitioner, or ii. For removing the encroachment from the private land of the petitioner which the respondent authorities have made by constructing a road over the private land of the petitioner without even having adhered to the process of law in this regard."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhojpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Bhojpur shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
