After some deliberations at the bar as this court is not willing to proceeding with the contempt matter in view of Annexure-B to the second supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 4, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be given liberty to challenge the Annexure-B to the show cause in a duly constituted application so that all issues arising out of the same may be canvassed before the appropriate court for adjudication. This application is disposed off with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
