The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, Bhola Chaudhary and Mintu Chaudhary tried to outrage modesty of informant and when she raised alarm, both accused fled away. It is further alleged that after some time, both aforesaid accused persons came and started assaulting informant and thereafter, father-inlaw of informant and other family members came to save her, thereafter, this petitioner alongwith other FIR named co-accused persons arrived at the house of informant and assaulted fatherin-law and other members of informant side, as a result of which, five persons from informant side sustained injury.

Both parties are agnates and series of litigation are going on between them. As per injury report, the injury sustained by informant and other persons have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Chapra, District Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020.
