====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Matihani P. S. Case No. 16 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though a huge quantity of liquor is said to have been recovered but the petitioner has not been named nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Two persons were arrested along with the

Both the accused persons who have been arrested and who have named the petitioner have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner are in custody since 04.06.2020. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge - II - cum - Special Judge, ( Excise Act), Begusarai, in connection with Matihani P. S. Case No. 16 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
