The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.03/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is of getting appointment on the basis of forged and fake documents. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village party and politics. Petitioners have joined in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33337 of 2020(12) dt.21-12-2021 2/3 the year 2014 and after lapse of six years, a vague allegation has been made against them. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 has resigned from the service on 22.06.2021 and petitioner no.2 has resigned from the service on 12.05.2021 i.e. during pendency of this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Petitioners are agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna bearing Account No.1413010060836, IFSC PUNB0141320, Punjab National Bank, Bar Council Branch, Patna.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.03/2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
