Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 233 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 354A, 429, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29914 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused persons namely, Yogi Yadav, Pankaj Yadav and Bhola Yadav.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 233 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
