JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Shrinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No.24 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 188, 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 327, 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incident has taken place and the incident was averted and similarly placed another co-accused have been granted bail by this court.

No.43209 of 2021(3) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration the aforesaid aspect, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
