2. The petitioner who is husband of opposite party No. 2 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute between the parties has been resolved and both parties are living together as husband and wife.

4. Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In view of the fact that the dispute between the parties has been resolved, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with C. R. Case No. 490 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. No. 1278 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
