2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 705 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 78, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per FIR petitioner alongwith other coaccused person usually make attempt to outrage the modesty of the daughters of the informant on their school way.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner implicated falsely due to neighborhood dispute and differences. It is pointed out

No.31501 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/3 that now the said dispute appears settled between the parties and therefore the present criminal case was compromised, in view of Annexure- P/2 of the present bail petition running from page 12-14. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as matter prima-facie appears compromised between the parties, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM III, Barh, Patna /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 705 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, subject to further condition:- (i) That petitioner shall not involve in the similar nature of offence till the conclusion
