The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 460, 380, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Thakur, who was apprehended on spot while committing theft. No incriminating article / stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32583 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 3 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
