Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "For issuance of an appropriate order(s), direction(s) to the respondents to not need to recognize/affiliation/grant in-aid by the State Government in any manner and further also directed to the respondents be kept out of the list of Madarsa as receiving grant in aid or want to receive grant in aid and also disaffiliate the affiliation of the Madarsa Darul Ullom Sayeedia

Patna High Court CWJC No.8188 of 2020(2) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 Channi for which the petitioner and villagers pray.

And/or for any other appropriate reliefs to the petitioner which may be found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of four weeks and the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the representation shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of such representation. Equally, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such alternative remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
