JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This application is for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9321 of 2020 whereby the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with 9321 P.S. Case No. 2020.

He further submits that during pendency of the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51158 of 2021(2) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 case petitioner No. 1 was arrested and thereafter, petitioner no. 2 was also arrested and now only petitioner No. 3 is required modification because he could not furnish bail bond and he has already deposited Rs. 10,000/- in the directed fund.

For substantial justice, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner No. 3 to furnish bail bonds with condition that the petitioner No. 3 shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bond.
