2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of grant-in-aid to the petitioner by the Government for the college treating petitioner as regular in service.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.8163 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 petitioner has already filed a representation on 08.12.2023 vide Annexure-P/12 but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent with all the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, concerned respondent shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
