The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.11.2018. He submits that the petitioner has been apprehended from his residential house along with a stolen motor on the confessional statement of co-accused for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the IPC.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2020, the Court is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31005 of 2020(2) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020.
