The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barun P. S. Case No.171 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972 and Section 15 of Environmental Protection Act.

Considering the submission that co-accused Nagendra Singh, Kamlesh Kumar, Jitendra Kumar Singh, Omkar Singh and Sanjay Kumar Singh having more or less identical allegation have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64575 of 2018, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64782 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in Barun P. S. Case No. 171 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
