The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only with a view to save his skin. Further he submits that the petitioner has already handed over the seized articles to the another dealer as per direction of the concerned authority.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32649 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
