This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim has solemnized the marriage with the petitioner and she has denied the allegation of her kidnapping by the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid, the learned court below shall verify the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32875 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 and if it is so, the petitioner, above-named, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 128 of 2022 with further condition that he shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
