2. This petition has been filed for quashing the cognizance order dated 14.12.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Siwan in Trial No. 2987 of 2018, arising out of Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017.

3. Vide order dated 28.04.2026, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No. 128 dated 06.05.2026 by the learned Trial Court. As per the said report of the learned Trial Court, it is stated that Trial No. 2987 of 2018, arising out of Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64283 of 2018(3) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 187 of 2017 has already been disposed of on 16.02.2024 and the petitioners have been acquitted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

6. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this case stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
