However, while parting, the Bench had directed that the progress of the investigation be monitored by SFIO and the Court be intimated about the progress.

Mr. Kumar Priyaranjan, the learned Advocate for the Union of India has informed that SFIO has completed the investigation and as a result of the report of the investigation, a complaint has been already filed. We are satisfied that the directions passed by this Court have been complied with.
