ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.48 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has not named the present petitioner, but it is during the course of investigation that some inimical forces have taken the name of the petitioner on suspicion and the petitioner has nothing to do with the family of the deceased or his wife Manimala Kumari. No.63020 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 were having a child, but for reasons best known, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case, though in the report, which has come, the death is said to have been caused on account of railway traffic accident. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.48 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
