Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of E.C.Act,1955.

The petitioner is a P.D.S.Dealer. Shortage of grains was noticed by the authorities which was not accounted for. Considering nature of allegation, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No.78 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., East, Muzaffarpur. Hence, prayer is refused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41925 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
