2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 427, 436, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 14.01.2023, the accused persons came to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda, brick, stone, etc. Petitioner taken Rs.10,000/- from the box and co-accused Faguni Bind burnt the house of the informant, due to which the property of around Rs.50,000/- has been damaged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

There is general allegation of causing assault by the accused persons. The allegation of taking Rs.10,000/- from the box is ornamental in nature. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Hilsa, District- Nalanda in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
