JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 716 (C) of 2001 disclosing offences under Sections 420, 120B and 465 of IPC. Allegation as per complaint petition is that complainant has taken Rs.5000/- from the petitioner and in lieu of that he has given the land as a security by executing a deed of Rehan but after some time, when the complainant went to return the money, he came to know that instead of deed of rehan, the sale deed was got executed by the petitioner, fraudulently. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only a witness of that sale deed and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 716 (C) of 2001, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
