JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 06-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the P.D.S. license granted to the petitioner was cancelled and he availed alternative remedies before the appellate and revisional authorities, however he remained unsuccessful before both the authorities. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply afresh for grant of license as he claims to be still eligible.
