The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.19 of 2019 arising out of Gardanibag P.S. Case No.84 of 2019 registered under Sections 21(b), 25 and 27 of the NDPS Act.

Considering the alleged recovery of 74 packets of heroin (diamorphine) weighing 34.77 grams from the dicky of the car in which the petitioner was travelling, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
