JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents no. 2 to 4 to pay the residue outstanding differential amount of 6th enhanced scale w.e.f. 01.04.2007 in accordance with the provisions contained in letter dated 04.09.2015 of the Urban Development Department, Government of Bihar.

Considering the nature of dispute, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, respondent no. 2 shall take appropriate decision in the matter and pass reasoned order in accordance
