Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 98/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Some named accused and some unknown accused are said to have fired indiscriminately and killed the deceased. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but, subsequently, during investigation it has come that petitioner was also a member of the mob and they all had fired upon the deceased. In these kind of cases where there is indiscriminate firing

In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
