02.02.2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 16.04.2014 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Nawadah in Cr. Misc. Case No. 81 of 2013 arising out of Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 34 of 2010.

In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

However, the rejection of the present proceeding shall have no bearing on any other further attempt of reconciliation.
