The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

84.4 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the side of road in village Pipra.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession or premises of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

No.32499 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Siwan in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 227 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
