This application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 4876 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 4876 of 2020, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37639 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 301 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 4876 of 2020 is modified to the said extent.
