1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents to hold fair and impartial enquiry in connection with Death-Certificate showing date of registration of death of Late Gandhi Bhagat on 3.4.2006 as 13.03.1979, whereas correct Death-Certificate issued as back as on 4.7.1992 itself shows his date of death as 20.12.1991, and to cancel the same,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23738 of 2013(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 which will be found to be forged one."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
