JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case, 6 kg. 300gm Ganja was recovered from Scorpio vehicle, in which petitioner and coaccused Sunil Kumar Chaurasia were found sitting and furthermore, when the aforesaid Scorpio was intercepted by the police officials, one truck was also intercepted and from the aforesaid truck more than 700Kg Ganja was recovered. Subsequently, in follow up action, in huge quantity Ganja was recovered from the house of co-accused Sunil Kumar Charasia. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid fact clearly goes to show that the seized Ganja belongs to Sunil Kumar Chaurasia and only inference can be

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Simri P.S.Case No. 05 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Buxar stands rejected.
