Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2570 of 2019 arising out of N.T.P.C. Case No. 17 of 2019 for the offence Sections 341, 342, 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that after taking toddy he tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.32444 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case 2570 of 2019, arising out of N.T.P.C. Case No. 17 of 2019 subject to the condition that family members of the petitioner should be bailors.
