This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.12.2014 passed by learned S.D.J.M. Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 31 of 2013, T.R. No. 1461 of 2014. The dispute between the parties is of Rs. 18,000/-. The petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.18,000/- in Court which is the subject matter of dispute.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to deposit Rs. 18,000/- in the Court below in the Nazarat and if the petitioner deposits the amount in the Court below and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2571 of 2015(14) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 produces a receipt in the Court below, the prosecution of the petitioner shall be dropped.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
