Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 393, 411, 414, 413 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2018. A stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 426 of 2018 arising out of Laheria

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32501 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Sarai Police Station Case No. 178 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
